Adventurers of New Acarthia, I come seeking information. If any of you have heard anything about any bandit groups hiding out in the Howling Woods, I would ask you to share that information with me. One such group is wanted for a number of serious crimes, including the robbery of the Deepest Jug at the last gather, and selling explosives to the Vilker hobgoblins for use in their attacks on the citizens of Acarthia. I am especially interested in any information that may give me a location for them.
