The Hunt will be hosting a poker tournament for a few magic items out of our treasury. We feel that this is much more fun than a boring auction.

Buy in will be set and the tourney will go on until a winner and second place is known.

Details will follow and will be based on interest.

Depending on the buy in you have my interest. Does a portion of the buy in proceeds go to the winner, or is this strictly for the item(s).

The by in depends on how many players. It will be less than the items worth.

The items that will 100% be in the tourney are

1st place: Solidify once a day for a year ( Hunt Value 16 gold)

2nd place: Earth Blade twice a day for a year FLAWED (discount to 16 gold because of flaw) Take double from necro while active.

More items will be added if more people want to play.

Might I may choose the second place item as my prize should I happen to come in first? I have no desire for a celestial item. tho I will likly play anyway becasue I do enjoy the game.

I would like to play as well, provided the buy in isnt above the total sum of all my wealth, which isnt much to begin with but might be enough provided more people sign up. However, I must ask if it is possible to take the second place item...even something with a defect is better than a celestial item in the hand.

I'm fairly sure that the items aren't alotted to specific placings. If you win, you will most likely get your pick of the items present, and so on down the line.

Oh boy, it'll great to see ya'll Hunt folk again! I ain't much of a card player, but I wouldn't be opposed to helpin' the poceedins if ya need. Hope everyone has a good game! Hm, what the hay...maybe I'll give it a try. At least there won't be no hecklin' linesman crackin' jokes about me not knowin' a flush from a straight hah! Right guys? Uh...heh.
