The largest building in the Capital was easy to find but for a preoccupied 'out-of-towner', the main entrance posed a bit of difficulty. Tess was panting a bit when she finally arrived, waving her sheet of rolled parchment like a stick in the air for emphasis as she declared to the guard stationed in the entry hall, "I have a message for Her Majesty the Queen, may I enter and see that it is delivered straight to this missive's intended audience?"
