If I were a really good pole arm, who would have made me?

Well yeah, a pole arm is needed for me to have any chance of playing this year, so here I am asking for some tips on who to seek out and stalk is required.

I would love it to look like a branch, potentially a white birch branch and it should be pretty light because I have grown lazy in my old age.

Any suggestions? I would really prefer someone local if possible.
