To anyone who can hear me speak im Looking for a bow not just any bow but a special bow of some sort could anyone help? Or help make one ?

You'll need a smith and a ritualist. A smith to provide the bow, unless you already have one, and a ritualist to make it anything but a bow. You'll also need a Ritual Scroll to use, and whatever components are needed for that scroll. I am none of these things, but it's a place to start.
