It is with the deepest concern for our community’s health that we formally announce the Alliance Denver April Event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Alliance Denver is like a family for us. That also means taking into account your extended families.
We are not willing to risk the health of our players or game runners by asking everyone to travel across the state – or across the country.
If you are have already pre-paid for the event, you have two options:
1) Pre-payment can be applied to the May event
2) A refund request can be made
Whichever works best for you, simply send an email to alliancedenverlarp@gmail.com and let us know what you’d like done with your Pre-registration.
Thank you all for understanding. We hope everyone stays healthy through this unprecedented situation. Keep washing your hands, and we will keep you up to date on the status of the May event.
