Adventurers of Icenia, and those who have traveled within her borders,
I am in need of several Vision scrolls. The Kingdom of Icenia currently faces several threats that require immediate attention, and unfortunately We do not possess all the pieces necessary to deal with these threats, at least as things currently stand. I hope that by performing Vision rituals, We can acquire the information necessary to ensure the safety of both the kingdom of Icenia, and her citizens, or at the very least get on the right track to acquiring that information.
Anyone in possession of a vision scroll that functions within the lands of Tyr Navarria, please contact me via the dream plane. Although I cannot promise a grand sum of coin for the scroll, I am willing to compensate to the best of my ability, and hope that the fact that the information gained will be going towards the defense of innocent live far outweighs any material compensation.
