Information on Rage Stone Elves

Hi! I've been thinking of attempting to play a stone elf for some time. I normally like Scavies/Wilderkin, but the makeup has become trying, so I'm simplifying :lol: I'm looking for more information on the rage stone elves, especially in what is, in their terms, acceptable forms of healing. If anyone has any tips for me, please PM or write Autozbot@aol.com
