Inscription : Combining Times Ever Abilities during a batch.

Can the Inscription Crafting Abilities of Scroll Anything and Mystic Tattoo be used on the same spell in a crafting batch?

With the intent of being able to Tattoo any celestial spell if both uses of the times ever are used at the same time during the batch?

You can Mystic Tattoo a scroll created with Scroll Anything.

Both abilities expire at the end of the LP.
