Resolved Is Focus a Game Ability?

With the introduction of new mechanics, does Meditation and Focus count as Game Abilities?

The Game Abilities section will be updated to include different text (this has already been sent over due to prior comments). This includes the following paragraph:

All other PC skills count as Game Abilities. This means that while under a "no Game Abilities" effect, you can't identify Production items, can't use Focus abilities, will be unable to read Ritual Scrolls, cannot apply Alchemical coatings, cannot disarm traps, and cannot evaluate items using the Merchant skill.

Since Meditate requires Focus, it too will be disallowed if someone cannot use Game Abilities.
