Mr. Deepjug,
I have not yet had the pleasure of visiting your establishment. Nor did my party planners deliver the name of the locale prior to the printing of the invitations. Fortunately I will be able to survey the tavern, it's staff and service, as well it's fine dining in person. I have no doubt that the name of your business will be forever etched into the hearts and minds of the visiting dignitaries of Tiatar.
That said, your perceived offense has not fallen on deaf ears. I would politely request a moment of your time prior to the Ball.
I look forward to my expectations being exceeded.

My staff tells me that it was a most exquisite experience and that for the most part, after your walk in the woods, your companions even helped to clean up after yourselves. You are welcome back at any time if you wish to host such parties again!
