Note on housing: Cabins are free as long as you have at least four PCs pre-paid to reserve one. Private rooms are $40. Whichever cabin is the last one left after reservations are made will become the "Commoner's cabin"

I just sent a payment and never got an option to list what event it was for. My recent event payment was Not for this event. It was for July Nine Towers.

Alex G, Playing Kar, in the kitchen, as usual. Leaving for part time for wedding, and coming back, should not interfere with food prep.

Given all that is going on next weekend (what with an Ashbury OOG wedding taking many players away), it is not surprising that the sign-up is small. However, if it is TOO small, we may end up cancelling the event.

Therefore, if you plan on attending, PLEASE pre-register ASAP. If we don't get at least 20 people signed up by Sunday night, we will have to consider whether to keep the event going.

If the event is cancelled (which we clearly do not want to do), everyone will of course receive credit or a refund.
