If you are planning to NPC, you don't have to pre-register, but we'd like to start a list so that we know how many NPCs we can expect. Remember, this is will be a very casual event and the rules will likely be loosely enforced. The whole idea is for the kids to have fun, so post here if you are planning to NPC.
