Larp Games: Alliance Themed Games - your chance at fame!

My sister and I are working on making a few Alliance themed games. They will be playable with Chokonu's games of chance or just as an old tavern standby (Generally in the midwest chapters) but we'd like to see them reach other chapters. We're looking for characters to put on the cards. If you are interested, please give us some information to include.

1) The character you'd like placed on the card.
2) Relevant information so that we can place you appropriately in a faction. (There are two games, one the factions are "Nobility and Politics, Military and Soldiering, Production and Commonfolk") The other game, the factions are "Hunters" "Shadows" and "Neutrals".
3) Any quotes you might like.
4) Make sure to have a chibi in your signature. An actual picture of you in costume is even better. Make sure to make it clear what race you are.
5) All other information you care to share about your character. The more we know about you, the cooler or more relevant your card will be. We can also, to some limited capacity, let you see your card and revise it.

Example:
Hunter Davion
Davion was a guard of house Ivalace but has been disgraced, so nobility is not appropriate. Soldiering is appropriate. Since Davion is a hunter, he's probably a hunter in the other game.
Quote: Who? I don't even know who you're talking about?
My chibi is in my signature and there are pictures of me on facebook. (You can friend me at David Stranger) Just put in "Alliance Game" in the friend request.
Example of a special ability: Once revealed, Davion can pick a player he believes to be a neutral player. If he is correct, that player reveals their identity and their win condition is changed to "You win if all the shadows are destroyed."

This will be a long task, it'll probably take 1 year for us to fully complete the games and playtest them.

For clarification, Cho Ko Nu's Games of Chance is an emerging in-game casino/number of games that my PC runs in the tavern of the Southern Minnesota chapter (with the ability to run it in any chapter I travel to, such as Chicago).

If you guys are looking at copyrighting anything to do with the Alliance, you may want to have a chat with your owner, as well as Michelle, our new Alliance GM, to check into any legal issues in doing so....

As far as I know (or can assume based on conversations with Davion in the past), this is just extreme in-game flavoring of tavern games for use only at Alliance events. The idea is making games to fit the Alliance game world, terminology, and actual people/characters rather than just bringing store-bought games in and saying the are "close enough" (or selectively ignoring parts of the games), which I have seen a lot. The closest comparison to the general idea would be a custom-made monopoly board for use during Alliance events, where Boardwalk is the King's Estate, etc. To make sure it's tailored specifically to the Fortannis flavor, Davion is personally making all the pieces, cards, and boards for them.

I'm really not sure what the copyright comment at the end is about, Davion will have to clarify that. My guess is that he just wants written permission from players to use their character's likeness in this manner just to be on the safe side (always put it in writing, etc.) and doesn't have to do with actual copyrighting of anything.

Davion, please correct me if I'm wrong on any of this.

I've just removed the comment for now, but Peter Haugen is correct. Technically, copyright is NOT something you have to apply for. If you write me a story about your character, you own a copyright on that story. I want permission to use your character's likeness and quotes and stuff. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at speaking legaleese, so I didn't know how to write that.

Ultimately, the games would be released under a creative commons license. (Free to use for personal use or personal creativity, but you would not be allowed to sell it in any capacity.)
