As of 3/1/2014, in accordance with the bylaws of Alliance LARP, Alliance LARP Chicago has instituted a new LCO policy:
Alliance LARP Chicago will now allow a maximum of 25 rituals worth of LCO items from other Alliance Larp chapters to transfer in for our events. This does include any extenders, as well as spirit links/locks. However all once ever items do not count towards the cap. All MIs allowed must be able to be created using the standard ritual casting process. Any Greater Empowerment will require approval from the Head of Rules as well as either the GM or the owner.
The ability to use LCO items issued by other chapters is a privilege and should not be abused. Per our MI policy, we reserve the right to disallow the use of any item at Alliance LARP Chicago events.
