This is a reminder for all players under the age of 18.
All players under the age of 18 needs to have a legal release form filled out and signed by a parent or a legal gaurdian in order to be allowed to play.

Also a signed note from a parent or legal guardian will work but for only one event. After that a legal release must be turned in to logistics in order to be allowed to play.
