Unto the Healers and Mages of Acarthia does Finbarr Briansson, Guildmaster of the New Acarthia Guildhall of the Healers Guild of Acarthia sends greetings,
At 11 bells in the morning on Saturday at the August 415 Ducal Gathering I will be providing high level, introductory instruction on the casting of formal magic. We will not be discussing the inner secrets of casting formal magic, but rather some high level instruction on what formal magic is, how to conduct oneself in ritual, as well as a discussion of some of the things to look out for. Augmentations to the ritual using High Magic will be briefly touched on.
The course will be taught around Deepjug's Tavern and will be taught on a donation basis. It is open to everyone, regardless of your level of experience or Guild status.
For Guildsmen of the Healers Guild who are qualified to learn formal magic I will also be providing some instruction afterwards on the inner mysteries of formal magic in exchange for the standard fee of 1 gold.
