Let's wake up Moon Father

Hello friends,

I would like to discuss with you what we need from the town as we cast the ritual to awaken Moon Father.

Tomorrow night we will be casting a ritual with the aid of the Children of the Moon, aka the Pack, to send power back up to Moon Father to hopefully awaken him. The ritual will be attacked by vampires and their allies as Moon Father not being in power means the werewolves, the biggest threats to the vampires, are not at their full power. The inner workings of the ritual have been figured out and discussed amongst those who are involved but we are still needing things from the town to make this ritual work.

The Children of the Moon are powerful because of the unity they show as a pack. As we cast this ritual, we too must show this unity as we defend the ritual from its attackers. So what I ask of all of you is to deck yourselves out in your finest moon/night theme clothing, dress in the colors of the Children of the Moon (white blue, and silver), paint your face in war paint, and gather your allies to defend the ritual. While we are on the battlefield, we will sing songs, tell stories, chant battle chants, and be merry in the fact that we are together underneath the light of the Moon Father.

I know it's a little late to ask you these things but it is paramount that we do. The more unity we show, the more it will empower the ritual. I will not be there to start preparations with everyone as I will be taking some new adventures out on a scouting mission to be ready for the ritual. Please be dressed and ready to go when you arrive at the Casino. I will be leaving some things with my companions to help decorate those who are not able to before they arrive, but supplies are limited.

We will be expecting to fight various undead, vampire thralls armed with silver (please be careful of the Werewolves, they are greatly harmed by it!) And possibly vampires.

We must be ready basically directly after lay on in terms of fighting strength.

There will be 4 ritual circles in total. We need to follow rules of 3 here. If there are more than 3 people in a circle at any time BAD THINGS CAN HAPPEN. The circles are permeable too, so anyone can walk in. I NEED THIS TO NOT HAPPEN AT ALL COSTS.

The Control Circle, which takes the power funneled from the 3 circles that fuel it

The Earth Circle, fueled by Baroness Fallingstar, Calliope, and myself

The Celestial Circle, fueled by Shen, Star, and either Cuthbert or Dramthin

The Dual School Circle, fueled by Lady Beryl, Marcus, and Sylvie

Euthymia is acting as a COMMUNICATIONS and MAGIC RUNNER between us. If we get out of synch bad stuff can happen. She is VITAL to this working. I need good runners to stay FOLLOW HER and KEEP HER UP. She has been working on becoming more resistant to Celestial Magic and Dual School magic but it still hurts her to do the delivery, which she has been training months for. She can deliver magic from circle to circle if needed.

Also, Cadenza will be singing and playing on the field! This will be a good boon. I need her to stay up and going as music is reaaallly important to this sort of thing.

More will be explained later. Until then, please prepare yourself to be ready fast after the market opens.

For those who dream right before Market, this is the bulk of the information I am aware of (currently) which effects anything outside the mentioned Circles of Power & their three casters each.

There is more information that will be disseminated to the 9 Casters covering how they will perform the ritual, manipulating it, coordinating between each other - the basic details of how they will do the ritual itself, and how we will all interact with Euthemia.

As time is going to be a precious resource that we will have a limited and fixed amount of, that information will have final coordination with the 9 casters, Joseph, & Euthemia as it primarily if not exclusively effects them. Allowing the rest if the community to maximize their available time, making the preparations they feel they need, as we will spend less time in overall information lecture that most probably would rather skip.

If you, or if you know someone who has an interest in this information for just information sake, or academic or magical study or any reason - you/them come to the casters when Joseph gathers us. The information isn't being withheld and your free to partake - the plan is to simply maximize the time we have by only going over the group information with the group at large then not keep you longer than you desire to be kept as non-group information is discussed among those it more directly impacts.
