There is quite a bit to cover as a lot has happened and needs to be addressed publicly. We will try to be brief where we can, but there is no getting around this being a very lengthy response.
- The ADL Discord server will be locked for 24 hours to allow time for everyone to review the attached document, process the information, and make informed decisions about their continued participation in the organization. We appreciate your understanding during this period.
- As we prepare for the server reopening, we kindly ask everyone to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Please remember to treat each other with courtesy and uphold the values of our community. Let us work together to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members. Those that are unable to remain respectful and civil, will lose the privilege of participating in the ADL Discord server.
- We have also received concerning reports from the community regarding fears of attending ADL and/or CAAZ events due to potential retribution from members of the ADL Community. We take these reports seriously, and it is essential for us to address this issue to ensure the safety and well-being of all our community members.
- We want to assure you that ADL strictly adheres to the Alliance National Code of Conduct, which includes upholding privacy and confidentiality. We will not share any screenshots or private information without explicit consent or legal obligation. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
- We would like to express our deep appreciation for the significant number of individuals who have come forward to share their questions, comments, screenshots, and conversations relating to a larger group within ADL. We are grateful for your courage and collaboration in bringing these matters to our attention.
- It has come to our attention that these collective efforts may be part of an orchestrated attempt to undermine Alliance, specifically targeting the Denver community. We recognize the importance of addressing these concerns and are committed to thoroughly investigating the matter.
- Your willingness to come forward and share your experiences is invaluable in helping us maintain the integrity of our community. We are dedicated to fostering an environment where open dialogue and transparency prevail. Together, we can ensure that ADL remains a safe and welcoming space for all participants.
