I am looking for anyone with knowledge of the libraries in Dragonreach. If you have such knowledge please send a private missive and I will give more detail about what I am looking for. Or simply state here the names, locations, and types of subjects the library is known for.

The library in Dwarfholm is being rebuilt and there is still a small number of books and information to be found there.
Could you you elaborate on what you mean when you say that a library has "global" and "material" information?
