Lightning in Yushein

Does anyone have any indication that the lightning and undead coming from Yushein are linked to the problems on the Plane of Life?
Seems likely that may be related, and it is troubling that our neighbor Yushein is having the spectral wraith issues like we saw on the Western continent in Heliorinas last market day.
