I wanted to let everyone know what's up in the world of Logistics so far this year. After a much needed long break from anything related to this game, I have returned refreshed and renewed and ready to tackle the many projects went to try to get done this season.
As of right now, Logistics is up to date. I have 0 messages in the Email inbox and all the memberships have been updated. Below is a list of Projects and statuses I thought might interest some folks:
Logistics Staff
Senior Staff (able to run the database): Robb Graves, Mike Engler, Amanda Wells, David Ehrhart
Staff: Maria Engler, Brian Whitham, Jinu Kang
Benefits: Logistics Help earns you 10 gobbies per hour with bonuses for the really crappy work. Senior Staff with Database experience are also eligible to run Desk for a weekend which allows you to PC that event for FREE.
As you can see, I have trained 2 people so far this winter on how to use the database, and I'll be having them help run Desk this season as well. I also know of at least or 3 other people who have expressed interest in joining our staff or graduating to Senior staff so that they can run desk this season so I look forward to working with them soon. If you have an interest in learning the database, running desk, or even simpler things like how to properly pull tags so you can earn Gobbies and keep the lines to a minimum at our games, please do contact me at ashburylog@gmail.com
There are also alot of other really helpful people who work with us every event who are not listed as staff. That is not a slight toward them, I simply wasn't sure if they actually wanted to be considered on staff or not.
