I literally just got access to our gmail account (ashburylog@gamil.com) to process the requests you have all been sending to us since May 1. I'm not happy about it either, but I wanted to post to let you all know I'll be processing all of these requests and sending updates out TONIGHT. I intend to get them all up to date so I can process all the pre-reg crap before I go onsite Friday.

I sincerely apologize that our team continues to have issues which impact our customer service. We're making changes to rectify this.

NOTE: until such time as we figure out how to find out what character you intend to play without making that info public such as posting it along with your payment on the pre reg list (there are some people who would rather not let it be known that they are coming - and that's cool), those players that have multiple characters in our DB and have not contacted Logistics before the game, I'm not going to be printing out your Character card until you show up and tell us who you are playing. I'm sorry, but it makes no sense. we printing out cards last event assuming players would choose one character and were wrong, waste of paper, waste of time. I can't read minds, so for those of you who are pre regging and want your envelope to be stuffed and ready, you really have to contact us before hand so we know who you're playing.

I cleaned out my inbox on May 1 before leaving for the weekend. Last week was a tough one for me and I do apologize for the delays. I had been forwarding e-mails to Robb in an attempt to feel like I was still active in that aspect but last week kicked my ***. As Robb said he now has full access without me as an intermediary.
