Having finally given up on getting any of the promised reps from the Soap Factory event, the randomization for Restricted Loot has been performed, Congrats to our winners! (The items where pre-created then randomed against the list one by one, Contact logistics to see what you won if you are on this list!)

Nope, we'll return it to treasure policy after a year and send it out at a later event, such as a banquet etc.

Hmm, I sent a email to logistics before the April event but still haven't received a response yet.
