Looking for a Tailor/Seamstress

Hey guys, I need a reference.

I'm looking to commission a dyed hakama for my gypsy character, before the national game on May 13th. I've been attempting to find a good craftsperson on Etsy, but the shops I've found are being extremely flaky about responding to messages.

What recommendations do you have?
 
Chicken Vicious on Etsy. She is pretty good at getting things together. I don't know if she does commissions. But she does keep in contact with a large number of the players.
 
She was actually my first choice, but she must be busy with other things - she's proving VERY difficult to correspond with.
 
one month is a fairly short turnaround time. most people I know are Midwest or East Coast now. Try Sean Blount? She did my dwarfs coat and pants quickly.
 
I can sew. I've never sewn something for someone else. What exactly do you want made?
