Best Practices is looking for a new committee lead to helm the codification of all of our non-rule oriented organization wide support documents!

What this position does day to day-
This is a program management position where you will act as the team leader for various small research projects surrounding the codification of the Alliance larp systems.

Your team will consist of 4-6 researchers who will be collecting and condensing information from the wider Alliance network, and then creating base documentation to send up for potential publishing.

This position will routinely interface outside of their committee with the Presidents of Alliance, the Chapter Owners, the GM and National Teams, and the Suggestions Box.

Time and effort commitments
- Run a minimum of one monthly meeting for the team which does not fall on the first or last Wednesday of the month
- Attend the Leads meeting on the first wednesday of each month at 8PM Eastern time, or make arrangements with the GM ahead of time
- Report Monthly on the status of your team, and work activities
- Be proactive in prioritizing documentation which serves the greatest effect
- Determine and assign research projects based upon need/ability/requests

To be considered for this position you must have a reference from a chapter Owner from a chapter with which you regularly engage.
