Looking to get a big celestial ritual cast.

I am in need of a ritual caster from the realm of celestial magic that is willing to cast a few rituals for me at the upcoming market day. I have heard there is a celestial school that might be able to do this but I have never been there . So if anybody could help me find a caster for this market day I would be much appreciative. I will pay good for any caster that would do this for me. Thank you in advance all.
