Hi all,
Over the weekend a friend told me about this LARP thing called Alliance he goes to. I said that it was funny because I used to go to something similar in NH called NERO. Lo and behold, we're talking about the same thing! I used to go and npc back in 2003/04 after Dan Beshers and his brother told me and several other friends about it during a frisbee game at high school. Once real life got busier I missed games and lost touch with friends. The last thing I had heard about it was some real life turmoil at the Hollow and that there were no more games (rumor? idk). Anyways as far as I knew it was gone.
But now that I know differently, and have found some new friends that play, I'm looking to get back into it. I would be more than willing to just npc for my first few events back to get the swing of things but eventually I would like to pc. Since the only things I really learned (and remembered) was how to be a crunchy and that bad things happen when town sleeps instead of saving a unicorn, I have absolutely no idea where to start or what's going on. So pretty much I'm looking for some help or to be pointed in the right direction. Anything would be much appreciated.
