Two important policy updates here:
1. LCO magic items - AGB will be allowing you to transfer 1.3 LCO items from other chapters (including ones no longer running) into 2.0 items. These items will be created as LCO AGB items in the new database and there is a limit of 5000 points per person (not including any extender rituals). These transfers will, in all other ways, follow the already established transfer rules in the 2.0 packet.
2. Ritual scrolls & Catalysts - AGB will be allowing you to transfer in 1.3 ritual scrolls & catalysts from other chapters (including ones no longer running) into 2.0 scrolls/catalysts. These new scrolls/catalysts will be LCO AGB. There is no limit on the number of scrolls or catalysts that can be transferred, but they will follow the already established rules laid out in the 2.0 packet.
