March 2020 Prereg - Due Friday March 06, 2020

New Characters: Please review the 2.0 Players Guide, page 77 for how picking starting equipment works now. If my vets who are playing alts are able to pick their gear ahead of time and include it on their prereg, we can get you through check-in much faster. Brand new players - I don't expect you to have this part figured out yet, but you are always welcome to hop on Facebook or these forums and ask questions.

If this is your SECOND event, you are allowed a complete wipe of your skills and race, but get to keep the xp previously earned. Please reach out to Logistics on this thread, Facebook, or at AcarthiaLogistics@gmail.com if you would like to take advantage of this. You will also need to pay for the annual membership if you have not done so already.

Event registration has two steps:
Step 1
: Pay for the event (NPCs play for free). If you are using a credit from the February game, please add a reminder in the Comments/Questions section at the end of the prereg on the CMA. Payment is due by the prereg deadline. If you need to pay after this date it MUST be noted on your prereg, even if you do it the same way every time, or it will be considered late. Late payments with no note on the prereg will incur a $10 late fee.

Step 2: Register for the event on the CMA. Prereg question flow has changed from last year, so pay attention. The prereg asks for magic item codes. This is the 6 character code that looks like a random assortment of numbers and letters and is unique to each tag you have (ex. b7ac24e) There should be no chapter indicator, 'MI', multiple 000's, or anything of that nature. Items must be included in your prereg to have them available to use at game.

Character sheets will be printed the Monday before the event, so get those last blankets purchased and xp spent before then.

Reminder - You can make changes to your character and prereg answers without pulling down your prereg form now, and can skip a question then come back and fill it in later.

Mini Cabins - Money will be paid directly from you to Gina to rent these out. Last time I checked, they were $140 per weekend per cabin. This is in addition to your event fee. For those renting mini cabins, your checkout will be with Gina on Sundays instead of Jesse. Gina can be contacted at GMcReynolds@jccdenver.org

Donations - From now until the March game, donations are 20gs : $1 ratio as opposed to the regular 5:1. Find the paypal donation button and make sure you include your CMA info in the paypal note.
