Massive Carrier to KB a Prisoned Person

A discussion came up this last weekend. If I am an NPC that swings massive and I Killing Blow a Player in a Prison(whether it's mine, npc ally, or maybe a PCs own) is that valid?
Massive goes through Prison, so as the carrier it should KB through one correct?

I dont know about 2.0 as I dont have it casually open for study...

In 2.1 draft v4, page 42

A Killing Blow delivered with the Massive effect will remove the Prison whether it succeeds or not, and whether performed by the caster of the Prison or not.

So if it's not currently "a thing", it will be on Thursday.
