  • NPCing - Free
  • Players 8-13 years old - $40 . Players under 8 years of age not permitted
  • Food Cost: add $20
  • Second PC Blanket - add $20

Payment Notes:
  • Meal Plan is only available to those who both Pre-Register and Pre-Pay. You must do *both* prior to the Pre-Registration deadline, or you will not be able to participate in meal plan. Both PCs and NPCs may participate in the meal plan.
Pre-Registration Notes:
  • We are using the CMA. If you do not know what that means, please read this thread!
  • If you are an Out-Of-Chapter player who hasn't used the CMA, email us at logistics@alliance-seattle.com
  • If you're a New Player, please contact our New Player Representative Evan Rawson at newplayer@alliance-seattle.com
  • Please fill out the Notes section as prompted in the CMA. Examples are provided as to how I would like you to format your entries. The Meal Plan question is required by both NPCs and PCs!
  • If you are a caster, you will need to make a Memorization List. The CMA will prompt you on how to do this, but if you'd like assistance, please contact us at logistics@alliance-seattle.com

For those of us who converted scrolls and magic items, do we get the new paperwork this event or later when 2.0 actually starts? Also how does that work with preregging items?
 
Meal Plan Menu:

Friday Dinner:
Chicken and Veggie Alfredo with Garlic Bread
Chicken, mushrooms, broccoli and spinach with a garlic cream sauce over spaghetti and garlic bread.
Chocolate Cake with chocolate frosting..


Saturday Breakfast:
Build Your Own Breakfast Burritos
Scrambled eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes with onion and garlic, tortillas, sour cream and hot sauce.


Saturday Dinner
Pork loin, apple chutney, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Strawberry and rhubarb with an oat crumble and vanilla ice cream.


Sunday Breakfast
French toast with strawberries, syrup, and breakfast sausages.

You'll get the paperwork later and you can register them the same way you have been for the past playtest/pre-release games.

Paperwork later for scrolls as well? I surrendered the originals at the conversion day.

Any Restricted/LCO Seattle scrolls that have been converted will be picked up at checkin, with the exception of any Mist-Touched scrolls (these are waiting on a National team to print out). These will come by the next game (And if you need them before then let us know! Unexpected delays :( )

Thanks! Oh man if I need more than five Spirit Farewells then I probably have bigger problems than my five LCO Spirit Farewells.
