Hey all!
I believe most folks are on Facebook or have seen our website and have the details for this coming weekend.. but for any that haven't, we're hosting a site clean-up, props-building, party-time weekend up in the Hudson Valley!
Basic details:
Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm meet-up at site to do cleanup shenanigans
Address: This is to the pizza joint across the street called Pizza Mania. You can find the entrance to the site within 20 yards. 1650 Route 211, Otisville, NY 10963. It's Camp Birch Ridge.
Saturday night: Pizza Mania pizza provided for all volunteers, then caravan to hang-outs at Tab and Christina's place in Highland (about 30 minutes east), geek talk, party.
Sunday morning/afternoon: Props building, weapon-making, sewing, all those crafty things that make events great
