May weekend stuff! PLEASE READ!

We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend! Please help us out
in the following ways:

1. Please don't park next to the door that leads to the common room.
We need to be able to have three cars there for FP staff, because
during the event we have to go out and get the food for the meals or
run errands and get supplies.

2. Please try to fill the parking lot before parking next to the
roads, and please don't park too far apart from each other. Space is
at a premium.

3. If you have an SUV or truck, please try parking in the grassy area
next to the parking lot (unless it gets muddy). Eventually we will be
able to make the parking lot bigger, but we would appreciate it if
those of you who could would park there to make room for others.

4. It should be a nice weekend so the more people who bring tents,
the better (because it makes the common room less crowded). NPCs who
would prefer to set up tents outside instead of in the barn should do
so near the parking lot.

Hey it's suppose to be rainy all weekend. Bring some stuff to keep yourselves warm. Also what do we need as far as donations for NPC, Tavern, and in general.

Anyone willing to donate for either game money or Goblin Points the following:

Apples
Microwave popcorn
Peanut Butter
Jelly
Bread
Cup of Noddles
Instant drink mix (Kool Aid, Lemonade, etc)
Sugar


We don't need at the present:

Tea
Hot chocolate
Oatmeal

If you can, please post here so everyone can see what not to bring!

I plan to donate cases of bottled water for the NPCs to keep hydrated as well as some sponge wedges which I discovered in a bag that were meant to be donated at a past event.

Well, the problem is that just about everyone has something to unload, and if you make one exception...

If you're getting there at noon it shouldn't be a problem but if it's later in the afternoon, please don't because we don't want to have to hunt people down and ask them to move their cars...

Once more Jim, that's what everyone wants to do. If we get one car after another just pulling up for a few minutes to unload, then when we arrive chances are we'll have to find someone to ask them to move. We're just asking politely for no one to do that, and we don't want to make exceptions, because exceptions just anger people.
