Going a little ways back to what Alexander asked, are you able to inform us WHICH scrolls are spellcraftable, or is it buy the scrolls to find out?

Does a Ritual Scroll: Monster Slay go up to +8 from this list?

Any scrolls picked from the list can be cast a full difficulty.

Part of the point of that is that you can't get the 'max' items just picked as MI's. But if you pick a scroll and collect all the comps needed you can find a ritual caster and 'cast' the max.
