MWE Horns

Is it against the rules for a MWE to have 4 horns? Two tiny ones at the temples and two much more prominent ones running the sides of the head? The big ones would be the main horns. Is there any rule against that and would SEA and OR plot allow it?

I know I am on plot but I am asking for a friend of mine so me saying its cool would could be perceived as bias.

Much as dwarves probably shouldn't have horns, even though there are no explicit rules against it, as a rule, MWEs shouldn't have extras.
