The below is incorrect the Alliance chair has made a post about how to request the buyback of the national event here:

We have created a nice little handy form for all you fine folks to fill out to request the buyback of the upcoming National event over Labor Day weekend in SoMN.
The form can be found here.
Please only use this form for National Event Buybacks, we will not be accepting any emails for these requests.
It will cost you 90 GS to purchase the buyback of this event. Be sure you have enough to do so!
