Need Help with Orc Tusks

Trunk

Newbie
So I tried every avenue as laid out by reputable tutorials and nothing at all came together, every source I checked was sold out (Halloween).

So, the idea I have left is getting white clay and temporary dental cement.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Ill take a look at our halloween place down here... If I see something Ill snag it for ya.

Probably can't get it in time, but with friendly plastic you can make a set of dentures with tusks. I've used the same set for 2 years and they're quite comfy. You can drink in them, but not eat.

I figure they are going to have to be in and out tusks. My plan has evolved to non toxic clay, metal reinforcements, a curing session, and polident. After that the plan is to use miniatures paint to detail the tusks, and waterproof the pieces a bit.

Matt Oostman makes amazing latex prosthetic jaw pieces with tusks, they stay on great and you can do everything from talk, eat and drink in them.

Very sweet. I'll have to try to meet up with him if he's at the event.

He will not be at this event, unfortunately.
