Ok...so I have heard that we can not be on site till like 5:30 pm...is this true? I know a few people are planning on driving up early so...yeah...also what is the Food situation like...is there extra cost for food..when is food served or do we need bring our own...

I am going to try to get there early. You can show up and hang out in the parking lot till either Mark, our assistant gm, or I arrive. 5:00 is a safe bet because one of us, if not both, will be there by then. We simply don't want anyone walking around and setting up before we can do a walk through.

There will be food each evening and morning. We have a big kitchen and will be cooking a lot of food. There will be no extra charge but we will of course accept donations for gobbies. There will be a veg option. There are also food places less than 5 minutes down the road, in case people want or need other options.

Hey Gary:

How many people are you expecting (for foodshopping purposes) including staff and NPCs?

50-60, 60-70, 70-80, 80-90? If I don't get enough bacon, there may be a coup.
 
Still hard to say. Let's plan for 90, and just do another run to the store if need be.
