Please welcome Rob Ordiway as our new Head of Plot for Alliance Traverse. He has done a tremendous amount of work this last year on the plot team and we believe he will do a great job so give him your support in the transition... and then bombard him with your plot requests! :D :P :yes:

As many of you are aware of plot has become a team endeavor. All aspects of plot, and the running of events, are a collective group effort, and it is my intention to continue to put a strong emphasis on this. Plot has undergone a complete digital initiative, and now has their own plot forums to post ideas and stay in touch between plot meetings. The structure is in place, and now I ask for volunteers.

It is my experience that there are three types of plot people. Those who like running long term arcing plots that span weekends, those that like to write one weekend mods, and those that like to create the atmosphere with costumes, props, decorations, etc... We need all 3 types of plot members to make the team as dynamic as possible.

There are three weekend events left this season. If you would like to volunteer to be part of a plot team, or know someone else who would, please contact me. We are just looking for a three event commitment to finish off our season with one hell of a bang. If anyone is interested in signing on for next season after that they are welcome, but right now I am thinking short term to focus on this season.

Things have been running very smooth this season!! Good job to you all.

Maybe I will try my hand at it....but I have to think about it some more. I only want to do something, if I can do it well.

It's a trick! <Dives for cover> I've seen some of Rob's plot lines and they always seem engaging, so it should be exciting to see what he comes up with now!
 
I appreciate the vote of confidence, but honestly our plot is only as strong as our plot team. Everything that has happened this year has happened because of the whole team. Speaking of the team, there is definitely room for more. We can really use three more members to bring the type of awesome I want to see.

If you want to see what the team has come up with then August is definitely the event to attend. It is the resolution of the tension between Edric/Ebrindale and Daefell/Valdanis. It is an unscaled weekend with no LCO cap. I hope to see everyone there.
 
The entire plot team has really come together this year and our organizational skills are improving with every meeting. There are great things to come! Thanks everyone for welcoming Rob to his new position. I can't wait for August and the great event we are going to run.

I could write some more really nasty (i mean fun) ahem! Fishbowls fore you guys Like I did wow 5 years ago! The funky flowers and the spreading carpet of grass thingy or maybe some more of the shadows. Although I hear Matt took them to a much higher level! Muhuh Muhuh

I never turn down fishbowls. We have a couple of fishbowl mechanics in place to facilitate all fishbowl mods. They would be much appreciated.
