From the last version, it has the following changes:
1. A new chapter with the latest news ("History of Fairdale")
2. A new chapter with Icenian heraldry (the shields for all the baronies in Icenia)
3. Updated Who's Who (which includes the werewolves)
Other than that, really there are not huge differences. It's only been about 18 months since the last edition.
