I'm assuming that if I'm stunned and withered that the purify will just remove the wither and the stunned limbs will still be stunned. Just as well I am assuming you can not have your limbs cut off and restored and not be stunned any more.

I found my notes. Restore will fix Stun Limb because it is explicitly removes effects that render a limb unusable. Purify will not because Purify targets effects based on their effect group, not their result.

@Polare according to Dan, apparently it was in his notes that Restore would fix a Stunned Limb, not a Purify?
