((Well it certainly wouldn't be "esouh", it would be "esuoh". That would be 'house' to my left handed father. So yes, indeed, it is still house. And as Big bird found out back in the 60's, the alphabet is not pronounced as a word. However, I will concede keeping words strictly left to right, provided it be conceded that the alphabet can be pronounced backwards too. ))
(Anything can be pronounced backward, but that doesn't make the backward version a word. And since we are writing in English here, yes, words must go from left to right. If we switch to Arabic or Hebrew we can go right to left. )
