Newb - HALP !

So. I'm a local EDM Promoter and I'm in the process of setting up a LARP themed party in late April. Long story short it wasn't my idea, however, I got asked to take it over and I'm not toooooo clear on the whole thing or how to really set it up, but it def needs a lot more structure then the previous promoter put into it.

LARP is a game where people play out full size living characters.

The simplest way to explain is that you would be hosting a costume party where people act like their characters.

for example: You could have a pirate theme and your guests dress up as pirates and act like pirates.
