November 2011 Event Date?

We're not online much...did I miss the announcement of the November date? Mike and I have to take the day off a month in advance...we're planners...
 
At this time there are no plans to hold a November event; staff availability is too low, unfortunately, and we cannot secure the Kingston site based on a hope that things will just kinda work out. However, their is a possibility for a Deadlands only November Faire Day, if enough interest exists to justify it and our gracious hosts of White would care to rent us their land on short notice. To that end, please be prepared to talk to me, Dan, personally about this at the event this weekend. Talk to me as soon as you can. I, those staff members that will participate, and Brian and Deb will make a decision based on interest brought to our attention and make an announcement at closing ceremonies one way or the other. If you know someone who wants a November Faire Day but won't be in Claremont this weekend, get their approval to represent them now. I need to hear from people in person or via personal proxy, that is the best way for me to judge interest at that time, and I would really prefer not be tracking two different yes/no lists.

Is there any change in this plan? I heard rumors at the CT event last weekend from Metzler.
 
Dan and Sean would like to run a November event. I've contacted the boy scouts about a possible site rental. I haven't gotten a response yet.
