November event 2013!

Alliance Seattle's next event is November 22-24 at Millersylvania State Park ELC near Olympia, WA.

Watch out for the upcoming teaser for The Valley of Ghosts Episode 11: Fall!

You may Pre-Pay this event by using Paypal to send $46.60 to paypal@alliance-seattle.com. Don't forget to put down your character name. You may Pay-no-Play by sending payment to this address as well. Do not send your pre-registration to this address. Pre-Pay pricing ends November 8th. In order to qualify for the Pre-Pay price (so that you do not owe money at the door), you must also Pre-Register. Pre-Registration must be sent to Logistics via their handy online form by November 15th.

If you Pre-Register by November 15th but do not Pre-Pay, your at-the-door price will be $55. If you neither pre-pay nor pre-register the cost at-the-door will be $65.
Basic Pages' cost will be $22.50 Pre-Pay, $30 if only Pre-Registered, or $40 at-the-door, while Advanced Pages' cost will be $26.50 Pre-Pay, $35 if only Pre-Registered, or $45 at-the-door.

NPCing is free - but please still let us know if you plan to attend! If you intend to NPC and would like to be on the meal plan, please let us know by November 15th. The meal plan costs $15. Guild NPCs are assumed to be attending and buying into the meal plan unless Plot is informed otherwise. All Plot, NPC Guildies, and NPCs still need to pre-register so that we know how many people we have coming so that we can plan and cook for everyone. You may not add onto the food plan on-site.

Question: If we post pre-pays and pre-regs as lists, why don't we post downtimes received too?

It's extra work for no real gain.
Pre-reg and Pre-pay lists give people an idea of who else is going to game, so they can make choices about the character that they'll play, or who they might receive/request/offer bunk selections to/from, remind people that the deadline is approaching, etc. Plus, logistics uses those lists to determine who pays what at the door, so they need to be created. No one would actually use the list of downtime submissions for anything, and since we get them by email, people know that they sent them.

Got a big sack of copper, silver, and gold that you're holding on to? Why not trade them in for Platinum? Alliance has issued a new Platinum coin worth 10 gold (1000 copper), and we'd like to trade them to players at logistics for lower valued coin. The chapter needs your loose coin, so why not trade it up?
