Здравствуйте!

Hello all and welcome to the season closer for the 2016 season. I’m sure many of you have noticed that I have been doing meals from different countries around the world lately. Because of the cold we are going to experience I was reminded of a time I felt real cold and enjoyed a very different cuisine… Russian. I spent most of January in northern Russia doing my best to stay warm on days the low was -62 degrees. The people know how to stay warm there and because we can have vodka we shall do it with russian food.

I will be alone in the kitchen this event so any help I can get will be very appreciated.

Available all weekend:
Fruit and melons
Tea, Coffee, other self-serve beverages
Soda, Juice, Milk, Iced tea at the window

Saturday breakfast:
Quiche
Hash browns
Toast
Porridge (Steel-cut oatmeal)
Porridge toppings, condiments, etc.

Saturday ужин (dinner):
Борщ (Borscht)
Бефстро́ганов (Beef stroganoff)
I will break from tradition of pickled tomatoes and have a fresh vegetable side of some sort

Sunday breakfast:

Porridge (Steel-cut oatmeal)
Porridge toppings, condiments, etc..

I will have food available during the day for IG coin.

Jack (Harri)

you won't be completely alone in the kitchen Jack, I'm looking to be there. I can't carry half the load, but I can take a chunk off your shoulders and give you an extra set of hands.

Brian, did your ride fall through, or anything we can help with?
