OOG: I realized that new players might want to have easily find-able location for the Imperium Tarquinii culture packet

If you were not at game 1 of The Broken Shards but have created a Wagonslist character, please send us a downtime, either solo or as a group, and we will be happy to figure out how your character gets to New Wagonslist.
