Outlook is being stupid, need plot imput

I can't seem to send an email to plot, outlook is a stupid email system. Would like to know if my character background was approved and if I'll be able to use the bonus points from it on this coming event. With the pre-req deadline coming up thought I should do something a little more constructive then thinking mean thoughts at microsoft.
 
Got it. You should have an email from plot.

For your own diagnostic purposes, the plot email received 3 copies of your email asking about the backstory being approved.
 
3? Really? It just kept doing the spinning dots of 'sending'. I didn't wait more than an hour on one attempt. But not once did it say it sent it. Bleah, sorry bout that. Outlook is such a stupid program.
