Potion Coating & Poison Trigger

I got into a debate with someone about whether or not these two rituals work together. They pointed to the fact that Poison Trigger specifically references, "...may choose on which weapon swing to release the Poison..." and Potion Coating says, "...unlike Poisons, the character’s normal weapon damage and effect are entirely replaced when utilizing loaded Potions..."

I disagreed because the Potion Coating ritual says, "...applied to the target weapon in exactly the same manner as a contact poison..." and makes reference to mixing Potion Coating with other rituals.

So, before I go and make a big massive magic weapon with Potion Coating, Poison Triggers, and ten Poison Caches, can someone confirm for me whether or not these two work in tandem.

Potion Coating, Poison Trigger, and Poison Cache absolutely, 100% work together.
